I mean who would ever want their child to be told how awful they are and how much they suck at their job not just in a calm tone but yelled at.in front of guests and co-workers just for forgetting to scoop a couple pieces of popcorn off the ground or putting a box of candy in upside down when stocking. After working at any place you expect to find some flaws in the system however, if I were a parent and I cared about my child and what his or her first work environment is going to be and how they would be treated by management I would never want my child to work here. But you really get that with any job.Īs long as you request a couple weeks in advanced it’s SUPER easy to get days off. You get well trained a few days in each area with a well made out training manual! It does usually take a while to get promoted in this job although, sometimes it feels as if you aren’t heard by managers. If you get promoted you get to learn to be a cook or guest relations or projection or bar tend or become a trainer. You get cleaning experience, customer service experience, and also experience with food, and stocking. ![]() You get to be trained a little bit of everywhere. This was my first job and still out of all of the jobs I’ve had, this was my top favorite one!
